- I won't insist on the pitchers in this one, but I can tell you that I believe the Baltimore Orioles hold the edge with Brandon Young facing the Philadelphia Phillies and whoever they go with. Young has been Baltimore's most consistent pitcher, with an 8-2 mark and 3.13 ERA, and the O's are facing a skidding Phils team that has lost three in a row and seven of eight. In playing their fourth straight road game in five nights, after losing all three in Miami, I don't know trust their offense in this spot. Perhaps they snap out of it over the weekend, but the Orioles will take the opener with Young on the hill and looking to dominate.
