My free pick run is now at 95-73 after the Padres-Rockies Over on Monday. Tonight, my free play is the White Sox-Guardians Over. Davis Martin (4.05 ERA) squares off against Foster Griffin (3.65) in a matchup with more offensive potential than the number suggests. One current projection puts this game around 9.3 runs, comfortably above 8½. Neither starter profiles as untouchable, creating opportunities for both lineups to generate early traffic before turning the game over to the bullpens. At 8½, there’s enough value to back the OVER. ... BIG PLAY ALERT: Monday was another 3-0 SWEEP, including my NL GAME OF THE YEAR on St. Louis. I'm now No. 3 over the L180 Days with more than $14K in the bank, but baseball continues to lead the charge. I'm No. 1 in MLB this season with more than $38K cleared, while going 442-386-12 for $45,920 NET$ since 9/12 and a sizzling 116-80-12 with MLB Totals. Let's keep attacking the diamond with my MLB DIVISION TOTAL OF THE MONTH backed by in-depth analysis. ***ALSO*** The value is there again tonight with my MLB DIVISION DOG OF THE MONTH backed by in-depth analysis.MLB - Moneyline - Tue, Sep 15 @ 07:10 PM

Baltimore held off the Mets 2-1 last night in a game that didn’t need to be that close, as the Orioles went just 1-9 with runners in scoring position while having three times as many at-bats with runners in scoring position as the Mets in that game. Baltimore remains alive in the AL Wild card race sitting three games out of the final spot but also needing to pass three teams. It has been a tough 4-9 September following winning months of July and August, but the Orioles are 4-3 in the past seven games and Baltimore has scored five or more runs six times this month. Shane Baz has a 6-15 win/loss record but a 3.54 FIP. In his last 20 starts his ERA is 3.52 with a 3.17 FIP with only eight home runs allowed. The Orioles have far better recent bullpen splits with a 10-game ERA of 3.22 compared with the Mets holding a 5.50 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP for relievers. Sean Manaea has allowed four or more runs in five consecutive starts as he has not been able to match his past success. His Citi Field ERA is 4.84, and his ERA is 5.09 since the All-Star Break with opponents batting .280 against him. The Mets have had a few high-scoring outcomes in the last week, but New York has just one run the past two days while in the past five games Baltimore is batting .364 with 10.6 runs per nine vs. left-handed pitching. Thank you for playing with Nelly’s and Best of Luck. Nelly’s is 2-0 in baseball the past two days as part of a solid late season MLB run. Atlanta Braves (Martin Perez) vs Chicago Cubs (Kevin Gausman)
Atlanta Braves +124 (BetOnline)
At 7:40 pm, our complimentary selection is on the Atlanta Braves over the Chicago Cubs. At age 35, veteran southpaw Martin Perez is out to prove that he can still be an effective starter in the Majors. So far, so good as in his first season in Atlanta, Perez has eight wins with a 3.08 ERA in 28...
At 7:40 pm, our complimentary selection is on the Atlanta Braves over the Chicago Cubs. At age 35, veteran southpaw Martin Perez is out to prove that he can still be an effective starter in the Majors. So far, so good as in his first season in Atlanta, Perez has eight wins with a 3.08 ERA in 28 games (24 starts) covering just under 132 innings. Perez goes in start number 25 tonight and it comes against a Cubs team that he's faced three times in the past, including two starts, the last time being April of 2023 when he was a member of the Texas Rangers. Perez is coming off one of his best outings of the season last Thursday against the Rays when he threw seven scoreless innings, allowing just four hits with four strikeouts. He'll try to duplicate that tonight in what could be a preview of a post-season match-up between these two clubs. The Braves have won five of Perez's last eight starts going back to the beginning of August. Take Atlanta. As always, good luck...Al McMordie.MLB - Moneyline - Tue, Sep 15 @ 08:05 PM
Boston Red Sox (Patrick Sandoval) vs Texas Rangers (Cody Bradford)
Texas Rangers +112 (BetOnline)
Patrick Sandoval is starting for the Red Sox in this game and he is 1-5 with a 4.58 ERA this season. Patrick Sandoval is starting for the Red Sox in this game and he is 1-5 with a 4.58 ERA this season. He has not been good recently as he has allowed 4+ runs in each of his last 2 as well as 4 of his last 6 starts and he has not been getting a lot of run support recently. The Red Sox have scored 1 run or less in 2 of his last 3 starts and they have not scored more than 3 runs in each of his last 6 starts, the Red Sox losing 5 of those games as well. Cody Bradford is starting for the Rangers in this game and he is 0-5 with a 4.72 ERA this season. He has struggled a lot this season, but he has not allowed more than 3 runs in 6 of his 7 starts this season and he has been better at home, allowing 2 earned runs or less in 2 of his last 3 home starts. The Red Sox are also in a much better position for the Wild Card while the Rangers are fighting for their division and need this game a lot more. The Rangers will win this game at home.MLB - 1H Moneyline - Tue, Sep 15 @ 08:10 PM
Kansas City Royals (Michael Wacha) vs Houston Astros (Hunter Brown)
Kansas City Royals +130 (BetOnline)
My free play is the Royals in the first 5 innings. Hunter Brown hasn’t been bad but Houston is just 5-5 in his 10 home starts. No surprise considering they’re a .500 team overall. Michael Wacha has been fantastic since the break, with a 2.27 ERA and 0.95 WHIP. KC has won six of those games. Houst...
Houston is not a high scoring squad and they’re 20th in the league in team batting average. I don't want to sweat the Royals' bullpen, so the free play is Kansas City in the first 5 innings.
