Vikings vs Lions Prediction

The current betting odds have the Lions listed as a 3.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Lions have looked good in their games this season with their 4-2 record overall, but that record has them right near the bottom of the NFC North. They have looked great on their home field though with their 3-0 home record this season. Meanwhile, the Vikings have looked great in their games this season with their 6-0 record overall which has them right at the top of the NFC North. They have been a good road team too with their 3-0 road record this year. The Vikings are the last undefeated team left in the NFL this season and they have been winning their games with great defense. They have one of the best defenses in the NFL that hasn't been giving up many points at all, but they also have one of the worst offenses in the league. Kyler Murray hasn't really worked in this offense yet and they are coming off a 16-10 win over the Colts in their last one, but they once again won a game without even putting up 20 points. The Lions are the opposite as they have one of the best offenses in the NFL, but their defense has been an issue for years. They are coming off a 20-17 win over the Packers in their last one and they have been rolling in their games lately. Their defense has also been getting healthier and they have improved a lot from where they were last season. The Vikings defense is going to give the Lions trouble here, but the Lions also have an abundance of weapons to counter that and the lack of offense for the Vikings is going to be the biggest factor on the road here. The best way to place a bet here is on the Lions to cover the spread in this game.

Vikings Lions Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, November 1, 2026 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Lions 20 Vikings 13.
