Browns vs Saints Prediction

The current betting odds have the Browns listed as a 2.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Browns have looked good in their games this season with their 5-3 record overall, but that record has them right near the bottom of the AFC North. They haven't been a great road team either with their 2-3 road record this year. Meanwhile, the Saints have looked terrible in their games this season with their 2-5 record overall which has them right at the bottom of the NFC South. They have looked terrible on their home field too with their 0-3 home record this season. The Saints are coming out of their bye week after losing to the Steelers in France 16-10. Their defense didn't look that bad in that one, but that hasn't been a common theme for them this year. They have one of the worst defenses in the NFL with the number of points that they have been giving up and even their offense hasn't looked good lately after a hot start to the season. The Browns haven't looked great on offense themselves this season, but Watson has been showing up in the big moments and has been doing enough to get them wins at the end. They also have one of the best defenses in the NFL to lean on. They are coming off a 27-6 loss to the Steelers in their last one, but they will be looking to bounce back after that crushing loss. Their defense is going to have Shough and this Saints offense struggling all game and the Browns will once again be able to just enough on offense against this bad Saints defense to get the win. The best way to place a bet here is on the Browns to cover the spread in this game.

Browns Saints Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, November 8, 2026 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Browns 23 Saints 20.

Notable Quotes

“There’s no doubt about it, we’re certainly capable of a hell of a lot better than that. It’s a good learning lesson from this young team that it’s week to week. Bottom line in this league is you speak with your play, and we didn’t play well enough today.” - Todd Monken after his team’s loss against the Steelers in their last game.

“When you have a day like today, 17 runs for 18 yards, it’s going to be hard to win football games doing that.” - Kellen Moore after his team’s loss against the Steelers in their last game.
